It's so strange. I just met up with my high school mates just esterday too. I kinda lost touch with them after I lost my handphone but I hooked up with them again via Facebook ;-) I agree, some people haven't changed much lol!

I think the problem is not with ping.fm. It saves a lot of effort. But if you want to have responses, you need to put in the time to respond to others. To get, first you have to give. I get some responses from Jaiku from the following users: http://edythemighty.jaiku.com and http://bigeclipse.jaiku.com BTW I wanted to give up on Rejaw.com too, but @Chachafance and @gwensutton (Wayne Sutton's mum!) showed me that Rejaw is still a very active community!

Why don't you take him up on the offer to communicate via IM? It seems he's having problems sending and receiving email (Maybe a virus?). Besides he already paid you more than he should.

Some things I like about Kwippy. 1. You can quickly view the active Kwips. 2. There's no 140 character limit. 3. You can invite peeps (including non-Kwippy peeps) to the conversation. 4. Ain't got no Karma! 5. Even for the small community, it's more responsive than Twitter (for me)! I just wish we could get the import Twitter followers to Kwippy function working most of the time... Just saying... ;)
