I think the "replies" (if I understand correctly) are being handled byt the link to the Comments page for each kwip. If this is the case you need to hacve some way for the user to see that a kwip has ... more

btw as I said to someone on FriendFeed - you did this right by being able to have your service name as a verb .. people don't seem to realize how important that is

personally I wish the posters avatar was in the body of the post they have made rather than that small icon under their kwip

two things right off the bat .. if the page backround is suppose to be white then you need to set it in your CSS file because in IE (and FeedDemon browser window) the page background is gray.
